Cancellation Policy

At Temple Irrigation, we value your time and ours. To provide efficient and reliable service to all of our customers, we have implemented the following booking and cancellation policy: --- Booking Policy Appointment Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed via phone, text, or email. You will receive a confirmation message with your scheduled date and time. Estimates: Estimates are free unless otherwise stated and are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection. Service Call Fee: A standard service call fee may apply and will be discussed at the time of booking. --- Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 24-Hour Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other customers. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: If our technician arrives and the client is not present or access is not available, a no-show fee may be charged. --- Weather Delays Irrigation work is weather-sensitive. If poor weather affects your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible at no additional charge. --- Late Arrivals Our team strives to arrive on time, but please allow a 30-minute window before or after your scheduled time due to traffic or previous job delays.
